Kaleem Syed, M.D. is founding president of Mid Missouri Psychiatric Institute (MMPINS). Dr. Syed is a Child and Adolescent Board Eligible Psychiatrist. MMPINS is a web-based psychiatry service provider who strives to give all clients an equal opportunity to receive mental health treatment.
What is Telepsychiatry?
Telepsychiatry is the use of electronic communication and information technologies to provide or support clinical psychiatric care at a distance. This definition includes many communication modalities such as phone, Fax, email, Internet, still imaging and live interactive 2-way audio-video communication.
